Enterprise Group expands entity coverage. It does not add OEM rights. A client, sister company or partly owned subsidiary is not automatically covered by a company license.
Free can cover your company’s own internal operations. A staff CRM,
inventory system or business administration tool can qualify even when the
company earns revenue. Personal, educational and research projects can also qualify. The application must meet the free-use conditions. A back office forming or
configuring a software service sold to customers does not become free simply
because it is staff-only. Check the free-use guide
for business portals, bespoke client work and private evaluation. Sharing a Laravel backend with a commercial product does not itself make an internal FLEX use commercial; a separate panel or read-only access does not itself exempt product functionality. See the shared-backend examples.
Single Product is sufficient for one named hosted product, even with many developers or customers. Multiple regions, tenant instances in your controlled hosting and pricing tiers can belong to the same product.A separately offered application is another product. Retiring a product does not turn its license into a reusable slot.
Unlimited Company covers future products of the same entity. At current list prices, two Single Product licenses cost 498,whilethreecost747. Unlimited Company costs $699, making it less expensive from three eligible products onward. This comparison assumes the same entity owns and operates every product. It does not extend a company’s license to its clients or subsidiaries.
Enterprise Group covers the named parent and qualifying wholly owned subsidiaries. Ownership interests and voting rights must be 100% throughout the qualifying chain.Joint ventures, minority-owned companies and companies with a shared founder but no qualifying parent chain need separate or negotiated coverage. Keep the covered-entity list current; report changes within 30 calendar days.
Request Custom terms for your reusable product installed in a customer’s cloud or on-premises, server source or container delivery, starter kits, OEM and independent reseller rights.Managing the customer’s installation yourself does not make it hosted use under a Standard Plan. Genuine bespoke development under a client’s own direct grant has a separate agency route.
Standard Plans originally issued under License v2.0 have no upgrade deadline. Eligible net license fees already paid can be credited toward the then-current destination price, with a minimum payable amount of zero.

Credits exclude taxes, support, refunds, chargebacks and Custom fees. They have no cash value and cannot be used twice. Consolidation requires scope eligibility, affected holders’ consent and a new confirmation identifying the replaced grants. Pre-v2.0 and Custom purchases receive an individual written quote.
Use the license guide if you need help choosing. Qualifying Free use needs no purchase. Single Product covers one named hosted product; Unlimited Company covers one entity’s eligible portfolio; Enterprise Group covers the named parent and qualifying subsidiaries.
2
Buy a standard plan
Open the secure checkout and select Single Product, Unlimited Company or Enterprise Group. Check the selected plan and total before paying. You do not need to submit an enquiry first. Standard payments use Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. For Custom / OEM, unclear scope, upgrades or transfers, send an enquiry or email barek122@gmail.com before payment. Custom rights and pricing are agreed individually.
3
Keep your License Confirmation
After confirmed payment, the Copyright Holder issues or authenticates the grant. Commercial rights begin when both payment and the authenticated grant requirements are satisfied, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Keep the confirmation and receipt together; a tax receipt alone is not the license grant.
